After-School Program

Our After-School Program is offered at two locations in Cleveland during the school year: Fatima Family Center and St. Martin de Porres Family Center.

At both locations, children participate in various activities including one-on-one tutoring, homework assistance, creative arts and recreational activities. A snack and meal is also provided for all participants at both locations.

This program is highly-rated through Step Up To Quality, Ohio's quality rating and improvement system. Fatima Family Center's program holds a 4-star rating, while the program at St. Martin de Porres Family Center is rated 5-stars.

Our objective is to provide structured after school activities for children in grades K through 8.

Partners

Fatima Family Center partners with Cuyahoga County and John Carroll University to offer this program. It is funded in part by the City of Cleveland Community Development Block Grant, Cuyahoga Arts & Culture, Cuyahoga County, the Edward and Betty Sloat Fondation, Starting Point and individual contributions.

At St. Martin de Porres Family Center, the program is funded in part by City of Cleveland Community Development Block Grant, Out of School Time, Starting Point, Catholic Charities contributions, and private donors.
