Together we are stronger than this epidemic.
We can make a difference and bring help and hope to those in need.
In response to the region’s opioid crisis, Catholic Charities, Diocese of Cleveland and the Diocesan Social Action Office are partnering with Greater Than Heroin to launch a campaign to elevate awareness and offer resources. If your parish is interested in hosting a panel/forum or a prayer service, contact Jeff Campbell at 330-723-9615 x11 or Danny Alonso at 440-366-1106 X12.
Saturday, April 28 is Drug Take Back Day
Bishop Perez is encouraging individuals to ‘clean out’ their unneeded and unused prescription drugs and dispose of them in a safe and ecologically responsible way through the National Drug Take Back Day that will be taking place on Saturday, April 28. As the opioid epidemic continues across the country, and in particular our state, together we can create a greater understanding and awareness to this crisis.
