Hispanic Outreach

Our Hispanic Outreach program serves individuals, families and groups in Lake County who are experiencing a variety of stressors adjusting to life in our communities.

Our bilingual staff provides assistance in several areas including, but not limited to:

• Individualized case management services that may include accompanying clients to various appointments, namely medical appointments.
• Social service interventions
• Community educational groups on identified needed topics such as: paying taxes, the US education system, renters’ rights and more
• Low-cost immigration assistance
• Bilingual counseling services
• Connection to community resources

Hours & Fees

Hispanic services are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with evening hours available by appointment.

These services are provided at no cost to Hispanic families and individuals in Lake County.
