As a faith-based organization, we welcome the opportunity to serve people from all walks of life, religious and non-religious alike. We offer professional services to strengthen and support area individuals and families. Our goal is to equip and empower people to live in harmony within their communities.
Catholic Charities Diocese of Cleveland is one of the largest integrated systems of care, serving eight counties throughout Northeast Ohio. We accept all insurance plans including Medicaid and also have a sliding fee scale.
Outpatient Substance Abuse Counseling
Contact: Michelle Bertman, LISW-S – 440.285.3537 – firstname.lastname@example.org
We provide assessment and counseling services for persons experiencing a substance abuse problem. We provide Substance Abuse Disorder (SUD) assessments and counseling to support recovery. If needed, referrals are made to ensure that the appropriate level of treatment is being provided for those seeking help. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing are the primary therapies used to provide helpful evidenced-based interventions.
The goal of the program is to provide a substance abuse assessment to determine and facilitate the appropriate path to treatment.
Funding Provided in Part By:
