Case management services are provided to assist job seekers in their transition throughout the employment and training system; from job readiness training to job search, job placement and job retention. Case management services coordinate in collaboration with the job seeker an Individualized Employment Plan (IEP). The Employment Coordinators advocate for job seeker’s as they move through what can be a challenging and hopefully, a positive life-altering experience. A pre- and post- case management approach is utilized combining training, education, job placement and retention services supported by a comprehensive package to the job seeker and employers for 180 days.
