Cancellations Before Camp Begins
The registration fee paid at the time of enrollment is non-refundable. This applies to all circumstances. The remainder of the camp fee is refundable for cancellations that occur 14 business days before your camp reservation week.
No Shows and Cancellations on Arrival Day
In the event a camper cancels or is a no show on arrival day, Camp Christopher will not make any refunds or apply the fees to a future year.
Campers Who Leave Early
There will be no refunds for campers who leave due to violation of camp rules including but not limited to electronics, alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, weapons, curfew or being in cabins that are off limits, violence or intentional destruction of property, a pre-existing condition that was not communicated to the camp, withdrawal due to illness, or campers who are withdrawn against the camp’s recommendation. Camp fees will not be prorated due to illness.
In compelling circumstances only, an appeal may be made in the form of a letter. It may or may not be approved by the camp at its sole discretion. Refund appeals should include a detailed description of the circumstances and the reason that an appeal is appropriate.
